Our tour begins at Mercado da Graça, a bustling marketplace where you'll immerse yourself in the vibrant colors and aromas of native produce from the island. From freshly caught fish to locally produced sausages and cheese, you'll have the opportunity to select and handpick some of the finest ingredients that will later be transformed into delectable dishes.

After exploring the market, we'll head to the chef's farm, where you'll witness firsthand the beauty of native fruits and plants that thrive in the fertile soil of the Azores. Depending on the season, you may have the chance to pick even more fresh ingredients to complement our culinary creations.

With our baskets brimming with farm-fresh produce, it's time to roll up our sleeves and embark on a hands-on cooking class led by our expert chef. Together, we'll learn the art of preparing four main courses, including a savory soup, a succulent seafood dish, a flavorful meat plate, and a decadent dessert.

Throughout the cooking process, the chef will be by your side, guiding you every step of the way and sharing valuable tips and techniques to elevate your culinary skills.
