“Faial”

Travel around the island of Faial, and you will see the two colors, green and blue, from the grass-covered hills to the many shades of hydrangeas.

“Capelinhos Volcano”

One of the interesting sites on the island is the Capelinhos Volcano. The volcano first erupted underneath the ocean in September of 1957 and continued to erupt until October 1958.

“Horta”

Horta is the main city on the island. The city is famous for its Marina which attracts yachts from all over the world. From the city you can view the island of Pico, due to its close proximity.
